Impact Selector’s Engineered Cable Head-Releasable (ECHR-R) is a unique offering to the cased hole market. The ECH-R offers an engineered mechanical weak point combined with the ease of cable only release rather than releasing a torpedo or partial downhole assembly.
The Engineered Cable Head-Releasable is another emissions reduction and CO2evoidance® solution from Impact Selector.

Suitable for both conventional and polymer coated (greaseless) cables.
Engineered mechanical weak point for polymer coated cable applications. This provides the wireline operator the ability to release the wireline cable from the Engineered Cable Head-Releasable at a pre-determined tension.
Includes Weight Bar Extension with industry standard 2-6” Acme connections.

*The Engineered Cable Head-Releasable is rated 500°F. The Dogbone strength is based on 350°F. For operation above 350°F, the strength of the Dogbones is derated since the breaking strength changes at elevated temperatures.
